This kit includes a Clarity Journal. Pages intended to be a practical space to simply write down your to-do list (and everything else swirling around in your head)--AND/OR--sacred pages to dig deeper into areas of life that are often a combination of hard and painful and beautiful and joyful.
We'll include 21 journal prompts to explore as desired and helpful. This journal is not meant to be another "to-do" item to make you feel stressed or guilty--but it's a concrete place to let go for a minute and allow your thoughts to surface and wander. It's a ritual of rest to find respite in perhaps daily--or maybe just a few times a year.
We've included a free gift of fun-to-write with pens with beautiful ink to make it that much more fun to get started!
This kit also include our thumb print mug. Our guiding tenants at F&T are to Dig In, Cultivate Rituals and to Leave an Imprint.
