I believe the desire for rest was written in to the core of our beings. The more I tap into its goodness through the “rituals of rest” I pursue in my life, the more I want to share it. I believe that’s the nature of a good thing: when it fills you up—you can’t help but pour it back out.

If you’re here, it’s likely you also desire rest and slow rhythms that echo its goodness. You probably also experience life like me: It’s full and busy with many beautiful and hard things.

My hope is that this Newsletter will feel like a warm welcome into an important conversation and way of life, embracing rest and all of the sustaining gifts it offers as we learn to access it more naturally within our busy lives.

Delivery

Delivery Info:

We offer doorstep delivery for this product in the greater Chattanooga area. Frozen meat is delivered at your door in a re-usable cooler with ice packs. There's no need to be home! Meat will stay fresh until you're able to pick it up.

Choose one-time delivery or subscribe and choose frequency of delivery that best suits your needs. We currently deliver every Tuesday in the Chattanooga area. Delivery day is subject to change on holiday weeks. We will notify you of any changes.

Note: To reduce waste, we request that all subscribers return the cooler bags, ice packs and clean egg cartons received from a prior order by placing them on their porch the day of their next delivery so we're able to re-use them.

We are unable to ship products via UPS over dry ice at this time as we work to make this service more efficient. Contact us if you would like meat shipped to you on a regular basis to see what we can work out.
