Recipe:
1. Brown 1 lb. Chorizo over medium-high heat.
2. Create tacos with chorizo as your delicious base. Include all of your favorite ingredients on top of the chorizo in hard or soft shell tacos--or get really creative and make a rice bowl! (sour cream, salsa, cheese, guacamole or avocados and pickled onions are a few of our favorite toppings)
3. Top it all off with Lime Crema Sauce. To make sauce mix togther: 1 cup sour cream, 2 Tablespoons Lime juice (about 1 lime), 1 tsp. lime zest, 1 tsp. minced garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
