Bone-In Pork Chops 

2 large bone-in chops/pkg. Each package is approximately 1 - 1.75 lbs. 

Our premium pork products come from heritage breed hogs foraged on woodlands.  Bone-in Pork Chops are a solid 1-in. thick and are a show-stopping, flavorful choice for special--or everyday--menu.  A lean cut, the meat is juicy and tender when cooked to 145 degrees.

Delivery Info: 

We offer doorstep delivery for this product in the greater Chattanooga area.  Frozen meat is delivered at your door in a re-usable cooler with ice packs. There's no need to be home! Meat will stay fresh until you're able to pick it up. 

Choose one-time delivery or subscribe and choose frequency of delivery that best suits your needs.  We currently deliver every Tuesday in the Chattanooga area. Delivery day is subject to change on holiday weeks. We will notify you of any changes.

Note: To reduce waste, we request that all subscribers return the cooler bags, ice packs and clean egg cartons received from a prior order by placing them on their porch the day of their next delivery so we're able to re-use them.  

We are unable to ship products via UPS over dry ice at this time as we work to make this service more efficient. Contact us if you would like meat shipped to you on a regular basis to see what we can work out.
