Pan-Fried Sweet Links with Roasted Veggies - 1 lb. Italian Sweet Links

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Place Sweet Links on a large baking sheet.

3. Chop favorite veggies to roast into bite size pieces and place on pan with Sweet Links. (Our favorite veggies include: broccoli, potatoes, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, orange/yellow bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes.)

4. Bake at 400 until veggies are soft and Sweet Links are cooked to internal temp of 160 (about 30 minutes). Sprinkle veggies with garlic salt once out of the oven.

5. Serve roasted veggies with Sweet Links cut into bite size pieces in a bowl.  Sprinkle with feta cheese if desired for a little extra flavor.

Streams That Flow

The tension of good and hard is always present, but by these winding 'Streams that Flow,' I have found more life, love and kindness than I ever knew was possible. This blog is a stream-of-consciousness style record of the people, places, and even animals that have imprinted goodness and love on my life. Stories that I hope will inspire rituals of beauty, rest and belonging for you too within the flow of everyday life.
